Pricing

About our pricing: The rates below are our standard published rates. We evaluate each request individually, and your written estimate may differ based on the services requested and the time, travel, staffing, responsibilities, coordination, expense, complexity, or risk involved. We will provide the applicable estimate for your review before you commit. You are free to accept or decline it, and an accepted estimate establishes the pricing for that booking.

Holiday pricing: Services performed on a recognized holiday are charged at twice the otherwise applicable service rate. Holiday pricing will be clearly shown in your estimate before you commit. Mileage, parking, tolls, supplies, third-party expenses, and fixed fees are not doubled unless your estimate expressly states otherwise. How payment works: Once you accept your estimate we send an invoice. A deposit holds your dates. All remaining balances are due before services begin.

Payment methods: We accept Zelle, Cash App, and card via Wave. Paying by card incurs a small processing fee, which will be reflected on your estimate.

Cancellations and refunds: Drop-ins and dog walks are fully refundable anytime. Overnights follow a tiered schedule. Full details in our Client Agreement.
